I offer classes for every step of your motherhood journey:  from pre-conception, through pregnancy and birth, to the early and later postnatal period. Whichever stage you’re at, there is a class for you, to help you feel good in body and mind, confident about your birth and with your new baby, and help you enjoy precious, fun loving times with your little one.

my approach

Whatever the class, the atmosphere is always relaxed, nurturing and light-hearted.
My aim is to support you and make you – and your baby – FEEL GOOD. There is always time to ask questions, share how you are feeling or how your little one is doing, and there is no requirement to wear fancy yoga pants (unless it makes you feel good!).

My yoga classes are suitable whatever your age and level of fitness. They are just as beneficial whether you are completely new to yoga or an experienced yoga practitioner (just come prepared to practice a little differently!).

My approach focus on simple and often playful practices, supported by an extensive underpinning knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and scientific research evidence. Practices include adapted yoga poses, flow-movement, breathing awareness, spinal alignment, signature micro-movements, relaxation, use of sound as well as touch in baby practices.
