About booking classes

Can I attend just one class / on a drop-in basis?
Group classes are run in blocks of weekly classes (generally 6-week blocks), and therefore do not operate on a drop-in basis. Depending on availability, it is sometimes possible to attend a class as a taster session, please contact me for more details.
How do I book a space onto a block of classes?

All my classes are bookable through my website shop. Once you have booked onto the class, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an enrolment and medical form to be completed before the start of the block.
Please ensure you have read and agree with the booking terms and conditions before booking. For any question, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Can I join a class if a block of classes has already started?

Yes, unless a class is full, you can join at any point during a block. In this case, the cost will be proportional to the number of classes left in the block. Prices in the booking section of the website are adjusted weekly to reflect this.

What if I miss a class or can't attend a date in a block?

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds or credits for missed classes.

If you know in advance that you are going to be away for a specific date in a forthcoming block, please do let me know and I will confirm the pro-rated cost for the block. Please refer to the booking terms and conditions.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, I offer occasional discounts, early bird prices and freebies! Please sign up to my mailing list not to miss out!
How do I book a private session or package of multiple sessions?
Private sessions and packages can be purchased in my website shop. Times and dates for the session(s) can be discussed before or after your purchase, whichever suits you best.

Once you have complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an enrolment/medical form to be completed ahead of our first session together. Your first private yoga session also includes a complimentary 30mn consultation (by phone or in person before the start of your session) to discuss your situation and needs.

Can I book classes for someone else / as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! Group or private class vouchers make wonderful gifts for mums-to-be and new mums (and dads!). Please contact me with the classes of your choice and the recipient’s name, and I’ll issue a gift voucher, to be redeemed within 12 months.

About Mum & Baby yoga

What should my baby wear for baby yoga?
Please dress your baby in comfortable clothes; yoga is all about exploration and ease of movement! You might want to avoid footed onesies/bodysuits, and wear outfits with socks instead.
What if my baby is asleep /needs a feed during class?
Rule number one in my classes is that babies are welcome to be babies: little ones may need to feed, cuddle or sleep at the time of the class; and that’s absolutely fine!
When can my baby and I start attending the Mum & Baby yoga class?
The class is suitable for babies aged 10 weeks onwards. This might be later if your baby was born prematurely (before 37 weeks gestation); please contact me for more information. As the class equally focuses on babies and mums, you should also have been given the all-clear by your midwife/GP at your post-natal review (generally 6/8 weeks after birth).
My baby just had his/her immunisations. Can I come to class?
Provided they feel well and do not have a temperature, there is no specific contra-indications for babies not to attend baby yoga after their immunisations. Please be mindful however that their legs might be sore (where the vaccines were performed) so you might want to avoid holding this area during class. Please speak to me at the beginning of class so that I can best guide you.
What if my baby is ill?
If your little one is unwell, please do not come to class, for your own baby’s well-being, and in consideration of the others babies in the class.

Unfortunately, refunds or credits for missed classes cannot be given.
